The Finance Executive is responsible for managing core accounting functions, including bookkeeping, ledger reconciliations, and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role supports business operations by maintaining reliable financial records and contributing to financial analysis, audits, and overall financial control.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / BBA)
Experience
2-4 years of experience in a financial position

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in line with accounting standards
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations on a periodic basis
• Ensure proper classification and recording of financial transactions
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Documentation & Compliance
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain organized financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation
• Ensure proper documentation of all accounting entries and transactions
• Support compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory filings
Secondary Responsibilities:
Audit Support
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Provide required financial data, schedules, and explanations during audits
• Assist in resolving audit queries and implementing recommendations
Cross-functional Coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial information
• Support finance-related documentation and reporting requirements across departments
