Job Purpose
The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the books of accounts by overseeing general ledger operations, leading comprehensive ledger reconciliations, and implementing robust financial controls. The role places strong emphasis on process automation to streamline accounting workflows, reduce manual errors, and enhance reporting efficiency. Key responsibilities include driving automation initiatives within finance operations, strengthening reconciliation processes across all balance sheet and intercompany accounts

CA/CMA Qualified.

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Consolidation:
• Generate and analyze MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Perform variance analysis on financial statements and report key findings to
management.
Cash Flow Management & Forecasting:
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity management.
• Prepare cash flow statements and periodic cash flow forecasts.
Budgeting & Financial Planning:
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets, income statements, and balance
sheets.
• Assist in forecasting financial performance and identifying areas for cost
control.
• Ensure adherence to budgetary controls and report deviations to management.
Process Improvements & Internal Controls:
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in
financial reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls to minimize risks and ensure accurate financial
data.
• Develop and update finance policies and SOPs as per industry best practices.
Secondary Responsibilities:
KPI Preparation for the Operations Team:
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational
efficiency and financial performance.
• Support in setting performance benchmarks and evaluating operational outcomes
against financial goals.
Stakeholder Coordination & Support:
• Assist senior management with financial analysis, ad-hoc reports, and
strategic planning.
AI driven analytics
• Familiarity with digital finance transformation & analysis and hands on
experience in advanced Excel & BI tools
