Job Purpose
The Product Manager plays a critical role as the Product Owner within Scrum teams, responsible for representing customer needs, defining product vision and roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products. The role focuses on aligning business objectives with customer experience through continuous collaboration, research, testing, and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Post Graduation in Management with minimum of 50% or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).

Experience

Minimum 8years of proven experience in product management, preferably within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as Product Owner within Scrum teams and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.

  • Understand customer needs and represent them effectively within the Scrum team.

  • Define product requirements by explaining what and why, enabling the team to define how.

  • Prepare requirement documents, wireframes, and related documentation.

  • Maintain and prioritize a transparent and well-refined Product Backlog.

  • Collaborate with product management and business leads to align backlog with product vision and roadmap.

  • Contribute to defining and evolving the product vision and roadmap.

  • Lead and coordinate testing and software validation activities.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and propose initiatives to enhance product performance and usability.

  • Continuously update product strategy and roadmap based on feedback and business goals.

  • Ensure smooth customer journeys across online and offline channels.

  • Act as a key liaison between development, business, and other stakeholders.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
