Job Purpose
The primary role is to promote and sell Insurance products by actively reaching out to potential customers, understanding their insurance needs and offering suitable insurance products to meet those requirements
Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Experience

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales
• Prior experience in handling UAE-based corporate clients is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a target-driven environment.                                                                               
• Strong expertise in CRM management for lead tracking and reporting

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire corporate clients through telesales, online sales, and digital outreach.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential corporate clients.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage and update CRM systems to track sales progress, leads, and client interactions.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
