The primary function of the role is to advise on and plan visa/holiday requirements of the clients. The Consultant should communicate with clients to determine their needs, and then select the most appropriate options with required documents and holiday package

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating and retaining happy customers through quality service.
- Providing consultation services to potential clients on visa options and assessing candidate suitability.
- Handling consultations via email, telephone, chats, and Interakt.
- Presenting and marketing holiday packages and tourist visa services to prospective and existing clients.
- Preparing action plans to achieve monthly sales targets and projecting contact goals.
- Following up on new leads, generating referrals, and actively identifying sales prospects.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular follow-ups on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring the sales process to avoid client escalations
