Job Purpose
The primary function of the role is to develop new clients, new markets and reactivation of existing customers. The role encompasses the full array of sales from generating new leads to writing proposals, closing contracts and developing strategies and sales plans to expand and grow the business. The employee is responsible to develop the trust and respect of each client to ensure they are completely satisfied with the company and the delivery of the service. The role will require the employee to focus on both medium- and long-term opportunities which will require analyzing market dynamics and an understanding of our competitive position in order to penetrate into new areas
Qualifications

Graduation / MBA in any stream with minimum 50% marks

Experience

5+ years in corporate sales, preferably in aviation or international markets

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:
New Business Development 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the general aviation industry. 
  • Target potential clients including airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul), and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). 
  • Expand into new regions or segments by analyzing market trends and competition. 
Client Relationship Management 
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. 
  • Reactivate and grow revenue from inactive or low-performing existing customers. 
  • Ensure complete client satisfaction through regular communication and solution delivery
Sales Execution 
  • Create and deliver customized proposals based on client requirements. 
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client needs. 
Market Intelligence 
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities. 
  • Use insights to refine sales strategy and improve positioning.

Secondary Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning 
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Forecast sales performance and adjust plans based on real-time market data. 
Sales Operations & Reporting 
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM. 
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and insights for senior management. 
Brand Representation 
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and through professional communication channels. 
  • Promote the company’s services and build a strong industry network.
