Description
Job Purpose
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. The role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution, maintenance of employee records, HRMS updates, and coordination of compliance-related activities such as PF, ESI, PT, labour laws, and employee benefits.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Experience
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as an HR generalist supporting employee groups of 200+ employees in multiple locations within the region or global environment required

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
1) Payroll and Statutory
- Manage & preparation of the group company Payroll and ensure compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and
- truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
- Confirming timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance including labour, PF, ESI, PT and Employee Welfare
- Promptly check on the TDS part with finance and make adequate changes on the HRMS.
2) HR Operations and Administration
- Oversees the day-to-day activities and monitor the admin work.
- Initiate Probation confirmation process over the HRMS.
- Manage the employee life cycle for all the employees in the organization.
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
- Management of HRMS: Employee addition, Document uploads, Leave management, Pay slip generation & Exit management
- Timely addition/deletion and renewal of employees in HTIC group medical insurance.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits packages.
- Letter Management: Initiation and processing of Probation Confirmation, Confirmation (CP), and Merit Increment (MI) letters.
- Respond to HR inbox emails and Admin Ticketing tool emails on timely
3) HR Reporting
- Coordinate all HR report (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) preparations.
- Validating and auditing HR folders, HRDB (every Wednesday) and report to the reporting.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Participate in policy drafting and revision.
- Ensure that the HR team is working in a harmonized manner with consistency among application of policy throughout all offices, and identify and implement mechanisms to ensure cooperation, communication and teamwork.
