Job Purpose
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible to manage the social media presence, support events and exhibitions, create engaging campaigns, and align marketing initiatives with the company’s mission. This role requires strong collaboration with designers, videographers, and sales teams to drive brand visibility and generate quality leads across international markets
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or B2B/ B2C marketing (travel/banking & finance/technology industry exposure is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with event marketing, lead generation, and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

B2C Outreach & Lead Generation

Customer Acquisition & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute B2C marketing campaigns to drive inquiries, bookings, and brand awareness for Houseoftours.
  • Manage seasonal promotions, holiday packages, and offer-based campaigns across digital channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead-to-booking conversion and customer engagement.

B2B Outreach & Lead Generation 

  • Plan and execute B2C marketing campaigns to drive inquiries, bookings, and brand awareness for House of Tours.
  • Manage seasonal promotions, holiday packages, and offer-based campaigns across digital channels.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead-to-booking conversion and customer engagement.

 Customer Engagement & Community Management

  • Actively engage with followers across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Build and manage an interactive online community by initiating conversations, polls, contests, and user-generated content campaigns.
  •  Encourage customer reviews, testimonials, and referrals to strengthen brand trust and visibility.

 Social Media Management

  • Manage LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms to position the company as a domain expert.
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms with a strong focus on visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to create reels, travel videos, testimonials, and destination highlights.
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with travel trends and peak booking seasons.
  • Track and analyse social media performance to optimize engagement and lead generation.

 Content & Collateral Creation

  • Coordinate with designers and content teams to create B2B-focused collaterals (pitch decks, brochures, email creatives)
  • Develop engaging travel content including itineraries, blogs, captions, and promotional creatives
  • Execute and monitor paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) focused on lead acquisition and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with videographers to produce product videos, testimonials, and brand stories.

Events & Exhibitions

  • Support participation in international conferences, webinars, and trade events, travel exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Drive pre-event outreach (invites, meeting setups) and post-event follow-ups for lead conversion.
  • Manage event branding, presentations, and client engagement materials.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on leads generated through campaigns and events

Secondary Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Simplify and communicate technical aviation solutions in an engaging manner.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all global platforms and touchpoints.
