Job Purpose
Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring compliance with aviation industry standards, and leading initiatives that improve operational efficiency, quality control, and cost-effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in optimizing logistics processes, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting business growth by aligning operational strategy with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (preferred).
Experience
5+ years in warehouse or inventory management roles from aviation industry

Experience in aviation or aircraft parts logistics
Familiarity with DG regulations

Experience with logistics ERP systems
Knowledge of AOG shipments

Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure timely resolution of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) priorities with rapid response.
- Monitor inventory expiry and implement actions to avoid losses and stock obsolescence.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, scrap disposal processes, and facility upkeep.
- Adhere to aviation standards in storage, handling, and quality control.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and order picking efficiency.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance:
- Identify bottlenecks and improve warehouse workflows and storage systems.
- Implement best practices to minimize stock discrepancies and losses.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely inbound/outbound activities.
Workforce Management & Performance Monitoring:
- Allocate workforce and resources effectively to meet operational demands.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to enhance service quality and productivity.
- Track team performance and ensure timely and error-free execution of tasks.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards using data analytics.
- Leverage insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Health, Safety, and Quality:
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across warehouse operations.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and quality standards specific to aviation logistics.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Liaise with procurement, finance, and planning departments to align inventory and operational goals.
- Collaborate with IT and system teams to ensure WMS (Warehouse Management System) optimization
